We recommend having a Certified Tech come out and complete this annually before you start using it for the season.

      Due to the design of these units the furnace has to be removed from your coach for proper inspection.

We recommend having a Certified Tech come out and get your RV ready for the camping season.

    • Fresh Tank/Water Line Sanitization (optional add on) (water source must be provided and adequate drainage; our solution is safe to be drained onto the ground but in a RV park you will need a sewer drain)

  • Make Ready:

    • $250 (if I winterized the customers RV).

    Optional Fresh Tank Sanitization:

    • $200

    Optional Water Heater Cleaning (based on a tankless or 6 gallon tanked; larger tanks are an up charge due to cleaning materials):

Air Conditioner (semi-Annual)

We recommend having a Certified Tech come out and complete this semi-annually if you are full-time or annually if you are part-time. Ideally before you start using it for the season and half way through the summer.

  • We have two packages to choose from.

    Basic Package:

    • Clean Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils, & Tray

    • Clean Inside Air Filters

    Deluxe Package (30amp or higher electrical hook-up required)

    • Perform Delta T x2 (checks the cooling efficiency of the A/C)

    • Clean Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils, & Tray

    • Clean or Replace Air Filters

    • Test Capacitors

    • Test Compressor

    • Test Safety Circuit (cup of ice water is required)

    MicroAir EasyStart (optional upgrade):

    • Start Your RV A/C On A Single Generator Or Inverter

    • Run 2 Air Conditioners On A 30-Amp Cord (** Each A/C requires an EasyStart)

    • Sleep With Less Noise, And Cool All Through The Night

    • Run More Appliances With A/C At The Same Time

  • Basic Package:

    • $200

    • $125 for each additional unit on same coach.

    Deluxe Package:

    • $250

    • $150 for each additional unit on same coach.

    MicroAir EasyStart:

    • $350 per A/C installed (if purchased w/ A/C maintenance package above)

    Ducting Optimization (optional upgrade):

    • $30 per A/C (Optimize A/C Ducts, Plenium, and Return)

Winterization

We recommend having a Certified Tech come out and winterize your RV to ensure your lines are protected from freezing and cracking.

    • 12v Power (if not on electrical hook-ups)

      • Turn off 12v disconnect

      • Disconnect Battery (provide to customer for trickle charge).

    • Water

      • Drain Water Lines

      • Pump Food Grade Antifreeze into the system

    • Water Heater

      • Drain Water Heater & Bypass it

    • Cover Tires (if customer supplies covers)

  • Winterization:

    • $300

    Service Call Fee is waived.

Water Heater (annual)

We recommend having a Certified Tech come out and complete this annually before you start using it for the season.

    • Igniter

      • Clean & Check for carbon, corrosion, or cracks

    • Gas Valve

      • Clean the Orface

      • Check Gas Valve Solenoids

      • Check Electrical Connections

    • Circuit Board & Wiring

      • Inspect for loose wires or corrosion

      • Check Safety Circuit

      • Inspect Wires for Damage

    • Anode Rode

      • Check Percentage of usage and give recommendation on replacement time frame.

    • Heating Element (if located on the front)

      • Test for Resistance

      • Check for Proper Voltage

    • Pressure Relief Valve

      • Inspect for cracks or corrosion

    • Gas

      • Perform a Time Pressure Drop Test to ensure no leaks

      • Check fittings w/ leak detector

    • Tank Cleaning/Sanitation (optional upgrade)

    • Tank Inspection (if we can easily get to it without pulling it out)

    Not all items above are applicable to all water heaters. We will maintenance the necessary components on yours.
